Redguard - Staff - Clothing - Light - Mage - Knight
On a pilgrimage to the Eldergleam you are caught in the civil war conflict. With the return of the dragons the path that Tava, the Lady of the Air, has set before you is clear - you need to heal the wounded and smite the dragons with the fury of Tava’s storms.

Any Destruction staff and ideally a Shock based one as soon as you can. The Staff to look for, or craft at a staff enchanter, is a Staff of Chain Lightning as this can stagger enemies as well as hitting multiple targets.Myrwatch is a good place to craft it as it's quick to acquire
Craft a set of Leather Scout Armor as soon as you can after you have left Helgen.
The final gear is Diadem of the Savant, Tavern Clothes, Forsworn Boots, Remnant Gloves and a Netch Leather Shield. Locket of Saint Jiub is also used to provide a slight armour rating bonus along with 50 stamina and carrying capacity.
The Diadem of the Savant is found in Shalidor’s Maze at Labyrinthian by completing the puzzles.
The Taven Clothes can be found in Liar’s Retreat on the body of a slain woman. This is located t the South West of Dragon Bridge
The Forsworn Boots cannot be crafted so this will have to be looted off a Forsworn.
The Remant Gloves are available near the end of the quest chain that is started by talking to Azadi in Shor’s Stone, to the North of Riften.
The quest to be able to craft a Netch Leather Shield is started by reading the journal found on the body of a Dark Elf that is just down from the Wind stone. It’s at small camp with a test and not the one with the Bandits for the Deathbrand quest as going down from the Wind Stone this it to the right of that in the general direction of Frossel.
The locket of Saint Jiub can be acquired in the Soul Cairn by collecting 10 pages from Jiub’s Opus. You can get to the Soul Cairn by following the quest chain in the Dawnguard DLC.
Alteration for some utility spells and if you play without the unofficial patch for mage armor skills. Restoration for healing spells.
The Atronach Stone for 50% spell absorption, 50 Magicka but -50% magicka regeneration.
Use a Shrine of Talos for a 20% cooldown on shouts.
Location: Benkongerike, Kolbjorn Barrow, White Ridge Sanctum
Lifts enemies into the air and then drops them to the ground.
Location: Dead Men’s Respite, Volskygge, High Hrothgar (The Way of the Voice)
Use to reach otherwise inaccessible places and to quickly evade attacks or catch up with fleeing enemies.
Imperials are a perfect match for this build with all 6 skills they get a boost in being perked. Redguards and Orcs are a close second on 30/35. Redguard are typically described as sellswords and a bounty hunter is definitely a mercenary for hire so they were an obvious choice.
Pick female as the sex for your character as there are more male humanoids than females to fight in Skyrim so the 10% damage bonus against the opposite sex from Agent of Dibella gets more use. All Dwemer Automatons count as Male.
Place attribute points at 1 / 2 / 0. At level 63 which is required for all the perks the attributes are:

The Detect Life spellbook can be obtained in Whiterun by taking to the Steward in Dragonsreach and following the quest to the Stables. Cast this spell in the market to level Alteration.

Use Sparks and Lightning Bolt until you get enchanted gear. Take Novice Destruction and then Apprentice Destruction as soon as you can.

You can start using better healing spells as the cost reduction perks are acquired but I pretty much just used Healing and Fast Healing before getting enchanted gear. The healing spells are a reliable source of regenerating Stamina.
The effects listed below are based upon 100 Enchanting skill, all the enchanting perks in the build and with a set of enchanted crafting gear. Read my guide on making crafting gear if you are not familiar with it.

With the Sallowed Regent Black Book the magnitude of all enchantments can be increased. Please note that Black Books can only be used on Solstheim.
The magnitude of the enchantments can be further increased by equipping 4 pieces of Azhidal's gear.

Creep Cluster can be found near Kynesgrove to the South of Windhelm. Glowing Mushrooms are in the secret lab at the farm and just inside the entrance of Shimmermist Cave to the North East of Whiterun. Steel-Blue Entoloma can be bought from Khajiit caravan merchants.
