Imperial - Mace - Clothing - Warrior
If there was ever such a thing as weaponized suffering, then the Flagellant would be the term made flesh. Whereas every sane warrior aims to minimize wounds and disability by mitigation with armour or avoidance, the Flagellant welcomes them.
An Iron Mace, which you can get on your way out of Helgen at the start of the game.
Mage Hood from Collete at the college of Winterhold, Ragged Trousers, College Boots, Mage Gloves.
While levelling I focussed on wearing Restoration robes and mage hoods to help with healing.
Alteration for utility spells and Restoration for out of combat heals and stamina regeneration.
The Atronach Stone once the Atronach perk has been acquired.
Shrine of Talos for faster shout cooldown.
Location: Dragontooth Crater, Shriekwind Bastion, just a bit beyond the Statue of Meridia.
Significantly increases the speed of your weapons as long as they are not enchanted.
Location: Dead Men’s Respite, Volskygge, High Hrothgar (The Way of the Voice)
Use to reach otherwise inaccessible places and to quickly evade attacks or catch up with fleeing enemies.
Imperials come out top in this build with a 25/35 skill point boost.
Visually a Male character is better for this build as the Ragged Trouser have the upper body exposed meaning you can add body tattoos that are on display.
