Argonian - Greatsword - Light - Heavy - Barbarian - Conjurer - Battlemage - Vampire
The Sun-Eaters are a clan of vampires who worship Sithis. They overran the Teeth of Sithis temple in Murkmire and killed most of the nisswo custodians that inhabited it, while keeping a few alive for sustenance and for other nefarious purposes.
A steel greatsword enchanted with Chaos damage and Absorb Health. May be upgraded to a Skyforge Steel Greatsword as you can get one for free by completing the second quest for the Companions. It does 3 extra base damage for the same weight.
Vampire Royal Armor, Steel Helmet, Steel Plate Boots, Steel Plate Gauntlets. The Vampire Royal Armor can be found in Bloodchill Manor and the other can be crafted one Steel Smithing and Advanced Armors perks have been acquired.
Alteration for some utility spells, Conjuration for Atronachs, Destruction for the elemental spells and Restoration for heals, which importantly refill your stamina when a Vampire and in outside in the day.
The Lord Stone for 50 armour and 25% magic resistance.
Use a shrine of Talos for the 20% shout cooldown reduction.
Location: Dead Men’s Respite, Volskygge, High Hrothgar (The Way of the Voice)
Use to reach otherwise inaccessible places and to quickly evade attacks or catch up with fleeing enemies.
Based on skills Argonians are not the best choice of race if you look purely at skill boosts. The build is however based on an enemy in Elder Scrolls Online which is an Argonian.
Pick female as the sex for your character as there are more male humanoids than females to fight in Skyrim so the 10% damage bonus against the opposite sex from Agent of Dibella gets more use. All Dwemer Automatons count as Male.
For flavour side with the Vampires in the Dawnguard DLC content.
Distribute attributes at a ratio of 1/2/1. At level 61 which is required for all the perks the attributes are:

I talked to the Steward in Dragonsreach to get the In The Shadows quest, which once you have read the business ledger from Arcadia's Cauldron places a dead body in the stables with the Detect Life spell. Casting this in Whiterun market during the day levels Alteration reasonably quickly.

I levelled as a warrior and started using the Destruction spells once I had enchanted gear.

Fly Amanita and Dragon's Tongue can be found at Kynesgrove, which is just to the south of Windhelm. Fly Amanita are numerous in the mine. There’s a lot of Scaly Pholiota to the south of Ivarstead. There's a path to Ivarstead through the mountains from Helgen.
